Sorry For The Wait!

I've been thinking about doing some things, and I've finally got of my lazy ass and I'm about set them in motion with this little site of mine. Hopefully I can get more coverage and hopefully I can maybe reach out to more people, but probably not, but anyways yah, sorry for the lack of posting, it will be made up soon enough.

F!@# American Airlines!

We were supposed to get into Washington D.C. at about 9 P.M. last night.

But instead we got here at about 3:30 A.M. this morning.

And our bags are lost, so I guess I'm just wearing the same outfit for a week.

If any of you fly on American Airlines, make sure you have some type of leverage against the owner so you can actually get decent service without groveling.

I made a new logo for the site, and I'm thinking about designing things for the side bars and maybe even title posts.

Unfortunately Not Forever!

School is out for summer, and now I can get around to procrastinating on all those things I really need to do.

Also, as a side note, bullitens on MySpace are the most useless pieces of sh!t ever. Apparently they were made to tell your friends about things like "Hey guys, I'm bored, does anyone want to hang out?" or ask "Ya'll going to the party tomorrow?" but not to say things like "I'm cool" or "lolz coment my pciz plz". It makes me want to punch people in the face.

Revenge Of The Cube!

I got my Rubik's Revenge (4x4x4 Cube) and my Pocket Cube (2x2x2) today.

Pocket is pretty easy, taking me only about... thirty seconds maybe to solve, but Revenge is a dish best served cold... because it's extremely challenging.

I might make a video about them... soon, or maybe not, it just depends.

Color Me Blue!

Not because I'm sad, but because blue is the color of happiness on a mood ring... which means I'm happy...

Ahhem... anyways...

My two favorite shows (out of five that I consider "ON THE TOP") have gotten renewed for new seasons.

My second favorite show, LOST, which is rapping up its third season this wednesday, is being renewed for three more seasons. The producers have said that the end of the sixth season will be the end of the show (CLICK FOR SOURCE). This gives me a lot of relief knowing that the show will have a planned ending, and won't just dwindle on created limitless mysteries until the show is taken off... not explaining these mysteries... and leaving me... lost...

My favorite (favorite) show, Scrubs, is being renewed for one last season (all the cast and crew have said they just want one more to wrap everything up). Read about it here on Zach Braff's myspace (yes... his myspace) blog.

I saw his and Jason Batemen's (of Arrested Development [favorite show #3] fame) movie The Ex today, and review will be short coming...

Also on a completely "me attempting to tie this together" side note, my screensaver has the star from my fourth favorite show (Simon Pegg of Spaced), and earlier I watched some of my fifth favorite show on DVD (Star Trek: The Next Generation... and yes, I'm okay with my inner nerd... besides, Data is a better android than any other... I'm looking at you C3PO)

A New Record!

For my birthday (today) my (quote adopted unquote) sister gave me a new Rubik's cube, and I got a new record, which is three minutes and one point eighty-one seconds (3:01.81).

Yay.

One Hundred And Fifty!

Was the number of my last post, and ironically my mom just rode in the BPMS150, the biggest (not longest) bike ride... in the world I think.

And I've become infatuated with Rubik's Cubes, my best time is 7:05, which isn't too bad as I just did my first one a few days ago.

And on a side note, if I ever bought this and it didn't live up to its name, I would sue.

Don't Squeeze The Charmin Strikes Again!

Well here is the real story of what happened:

Someone, who I'm going to call Roger, is a douche bag... a bag of douche, if you will.

Well this last week Roger was threatening me that he was going to wrap my house... apparently bad.

My friend Steve Torres told me he was going to do it Saturday night.

I was worried Roger was going to egg my house or fork my yard, so I threatened him that I would call the cops (I also probably said that because I really really don't like him).

Well I woke up Saturday morning, and went outside and thought at first Roger just went a day early, even though it was a real crappy job.

I especially thought he did it because of two prank phone calls I got from him (he has a recognizible voice) at two o'clock.

Turns out though he was in Dallas and just felt like being a bag douche... a douche bag, if you will, with the prank calls.

Steve was the one who "wrapped" my house (for giving a friend directions to wrap his house), but the reason the wrapping job sucked was because he was scared I would call the cops... which I would have... on Roger...

See Steve is my friend so I don't care if he wraps my house (he didn't want to egg it or anything), but Roger is not, so I did care.

So that is how it went down... House was wrapped badly because of fear of something I wouldn't have done to the wrappers that did it, Steve is a good guy and didn't want to egg my house like Roger did...

And Roger is a douche bag... a bag of douche, if you will.

A couple of people (the only one of whom I know the identity of, I dislike) attempted to wrap my house last night. And technically they suceeded, but only if you count wraping about... four-five trees at the very front of my huge tree-infested yard "wrapping my house".

I hope the people who did it know that you are supposed to get out of the car to wrap a house.

Sorry about not posting, I have been so tired, and I was busy shooting that short film with Corey that I probably won't have finished editing for a few weeks (because I am very lazy).

Just wanted to say that and that if you haven't seen the show Arrested Development, go rent/watch/TiVo it right now. NOW.

Indie!

Indie film making is feeling like you could get arrested.

Me and Corey have been filming all day a short film (that I should have edited by Sunday) and we had to use a house they are building down the street. We tried to clean up our mess... but we weren't very succesful.

Oh... and our mess is fake blood splattered everywhere...

Totally Awesome!

Sorry about the long wait since a post. So let me make this post totally awesome.

I saw a few movies a few weeks ago and I still haven't reviewed them, but I will soon. And I finally got a Wii... so that's exciting.

I've been working on a flash game called StarBall but I have on snag right now with programming, but once I'm over that I will proably be able to finish it within a few weeks then I'll put it somewhere (possibly Newgrounds) and put the link here.

I've just been swamped lately with school.

Oh and I got Jason Steele of Charlie the Unicorn fame to look at my script (Emergency Use Only), I have no idea when he will write back but I will keep you guys posted.

And probably next weekend I will make some more videos and either that weekend or the next me and some friends are going to make a ten minute video with actual plot that should be pretty hilarious.

And if anybody from the Academy reads this (which they don't) if Little Miss Sunshine doesn't win Best Picture, I will... do.... something. For everyone not in the Academy watch it... then pick up the soundtrack.

I also think that are school district might be slightly communist... President's Day is on the 19th yet we are getting out the 16th...

And I'm thinking about making some (bad[ly drawn]) flash cartoons, so stay tuned for that... and... prepare yourself so your head doesn't implode when I put them up. If I put them up.

Well anyways... I have to go turn of my printer and be tired for another hour before I can actually go to sleep. Catch you Kool Kats later;

Wii Fore Art Thou?!

I finally got a Wii today, after searching forever, and it's pretty much the most amazing thing ever.

FireWire ForLife!

I FINALLY got a FireWire cable today, after being told at Fry's that they do not have any (the guy helping us sucked and looked like Milton from "Office Space"). So now I can finally make some real movie things.

Oh, and the Aggies won!

Oh, and FireWire sounds like an STD.

Return Of Ice Ice Baby!

Today my school got canceled. Which I guess is the Texan equivalent of an snow day...

an ice day.

Actually I'm not sure if there is any ice, it's probably just too cold.

You know us zany Texans.

ARGH!

I'm going to murder two peoples for the two cases of injustice that went down tonight.

Yeah LOST lost (no pun intended) to Grey's Anatomy... but maybe the did (even though they didn't) deserve that... well even if they didn't (which they did... not...) at least the category was right... but these two things really pissed me off:

Zach Braff lost to Alec Baldwin for Best Actor in a Comedy Series... actually the fact that everyone else lost in that category (but especially Zach) to Balwin is stupid because he is a SUPPORTING actor in 30 Rock... maybe he deserved best supporting actor but not Best Actor...

Oh, and Dreamgirls won over Little Miss Sunshine in Best Picture Musical or Comedy... no offense, but they shouldn't put ALL musicals in the same class as comedies... if a musical is sad it should be a drama, if a musical is funny it should be a comedy... don't put a dramatic musical like Dreamgirls in the comedy category... they shouldn't eleminate the musical part of that award and just put musicals in which of the categories (comedy or drama) they fit in.

Stupid awards. Stupid... stupid.
